National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. With towns and cities across America eager to join, NNO required a new web design to make registration easy, while effectively communicating the goal of creating safer communities.
A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood
National Night Out’s previous website suffered from a dated aesthetic, poor UX strategy, and clunky user interface, hindering their ability to connect with communities interested in registering. Push10’s website redesign combined a modern aesthetic with compelling photography from previous years’ events, dramatically improving the user journey.
One Stop Shop
To aid in their neighborhood celebrations, towns and communities can purchase a wide range of themed merchandise from NNO’s online e-commerce store. Push10 redesigned the shop’s interface to be more inline with NNO’s brand strategy, while adding custom functionality to enhance the user experience.
Custom Illustration & Iconography
To heighten the sense of community, Push10 designed custom illustrations with thematic tie-ins to National Night Out’s mission and purpose. Additionally, a library of clean and modern iconography was developed to help define NNO’s registration steps, and amplify other key insights within their process.

Push10 rethought the registration process with a more logical form, straightforward process steps, and a helpful FAQ section.
Push10 made it easier to purchase NNO merchandise with a total e-commerce overhaul that is clean, clear, and effective at converting traffic into sales.
Enhanced Admin Tools
Push10 implemented new tracking and performance tools, enhanced the site’s backend reporting systems, and improved overall e-commerce order management for site admins.
