Website StrategyWebsite DesignCustom InfographicsLehigh University’s College of Business and Economics was missing opportunities to connect with graduate and undergraduate students, alumni, and faculty with an outdated and confusing website. Push10 met with the CBE team to identify key audiences and dissect the previous site structure in a full content audit. We then reorganized the necessary content into a logical sitemap and menu system.
Highlighting University Happenings
Aside from a new simplified structure, it was important to update the site to provide easy access to the most current up-to-date information on the business school curriculum, events, and faculty research. Push10 designed a homepage layout that functions as a snapshot of the latest university updates – from featured stories to news, events, and social media posts.
We also created student-focused undergraduate and graduate landing pages that highlight important news and program information for those key audiences.
A Branded Style Guide
To ensure a consistent look and feel, Push10 built a CSS & HTML style guide for Lehigh’s in-house Drupal development team to implement these layout styles site-wide. We also developed all responsive breakpoints and menu systems for the team.
Throughout the process, Push10 served as a consultant in the execution and maintenance of the site, educating the internal team on usage, and following the project through to completion.
The result? A brand new highly functional responsive website that is easy for the Lehigh team to manage on their own, ensuring all information on the site will stay up to date.
We crafted a rotating banner image with thumbnail previews so that the Lehigh CBE team could frequently highlight exciting University updates.
Push10 worked closely with Lehigh CBE’s internal team to structure the menu system to be intuitive across all devices.
To keep the homepage fresh, we incorporated a news & events feed that dynamically pulls the latest posts into this module.
The homepage features a feed of Lehigh CBE’s social media accounts. This section opens the door for prospective students to connect with the college across multiple channels.
