Birthdays, Babies, and Cactuses // Weekly Push10 News
Last week was filled with lots to celebrate at Push10!
As a small but mighty team of 12, we are less like coworkers and more like a family here at Push10. And just like all proud, tight-knit families, we like to share any accomplishments, exciting news, or cool activities with our clients, followers, friends and colleagues.
Filled with birthday celebrations, art galleries and DIY office decor, here’s what you missed last week.
CUTENESS ALERT: Welcome Baby Keir!! (2/1)
We’re always excited to watch our Push10 family grow, even outside the office! On Wednesday February 1, our fearless Director of Marketing Ken Beasley, and his family welcomed the newest member of their family — Keir (pronounced “Keer”) Ephraim Jack Beasley.
Keir comes in as boy #2 and little brother to rockstar big brother Joah. We couldn’t be happier for the Beasley family — sending a big Push10 “Awww” their way!
Crafty Cactuses – No Water Required.
On Thursday, we held our monthly Wine & Craft night at the Push10 studio.
This weeks craft? A personal favorite – a desk plant that requires zero TLC. Inspired by a Pinterest post, the team painted river rocks and mini terracotta planters to resemble tiny cactus arrangements.
The result – adorable, low maintenance “plants” that to brighten up our working stations.
*Happy Birthday Amanda* (2/3)
To continue with the February birthday love, Friday February 3, we celebrated the birthday of our fabulous developer Amanda!
Here at Push10, we dig birthdays in a big way.
So what better way to celebrate one more year of Amanda then with balloons, confetti, delicious birthday cake, and of course – some Federal Donuts.
Design2Unite Gallery Show (2/3)
As an homage to all of the beautiful artwork that has come out of the country’s recent spike in patriotism, AIGA Philadelphia held the first ever Design2Unite Gallery show at Bluecadet on Friday, February 3rd.
For the event, local Philadelphia artists submitted pieces that “celebrated love, inclusion, acceptance and unity.” Since we felt each of our designs represented these values, we submitted all 4 pieces. For live coverage of the event, watch Fox29’s video here.
