The Ideal Brand Strategist will:

  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the branding process including research, definition, positioning, expression, awareness, and ongoing measurement
  • Conduct brand and content strategy workshops with clients
  • Perform a variety of research, including stakeholder interviews, surveys, and more
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges
  • Uncover ways to further enhance the branding of a product or service, as well as develop a marketing plan through analysis of current market data and trends
  • Develop detailed brand, marketing, and creative strategies based on research and the resulting deep understanding of our clients’ brands
  • Use data to present reports and actionable steps to clients, as well as our internal team
  • Come up with “big ideas” of new creative, yet cost effective marketing initiatives for our clients
  • Develop a deep understanding or our clients’ brands to be able to accurately position them within their marketplace
  • Plan, write, and present brand strategy documents
  • Have an understanding of how brand strategy fits into the full marketing mix
  • Uncover additional opportunities to grow our clients’ brands and increase our long-term engagement
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards across all marketing tactics
  • Perform content audits, plan and implement comprehensive content strategies for websites
  • Present content strategies to key stakeholders
  • Ensure the success of the strategy and promote the ideal user experience
  • Demonstrate versatility and the ability to create content to serve the needs of a wide range of clients
  • Generate content in-line with brand voice and tone
  • Gain deep knowledge through research to be able to write engaging and thoughtful content
  • Create long and short-form content including website copy, white papers, press releases, blogs, social media postings and more for both Push10 and our clients
  • Assist with Push10’s content marketing calendar by working with the Director of Marketing to develop an editorial strategy to meet our business objectives
  • Create and edit content in accordance to best practices for SEO
  • Deliver content corresponding to overall marketing strategies and editorial plans to achieve SEO and content publication goals
  • Assist with QA/testing of client’s websites, ensure content strategy is being properly executed

Basic Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of business writing, branding, and/or or marketing experience (organization, creative agency or consultant)
  • Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and creative skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or public relations
  • Possess a basic understanding of content entry via WordPress
  • Proficiency in a Mac-based environment

Important Application Details:
While we prefer candidates who are based in the Philadelphia region, we are considering remote candidates as well.

Salary to be discussed and determined based on relevant experience.
