Push10 Moves to Old City!

After a great two-year run in a collaborative office space in Manayunk, the Push10 team needed room for more desks. Before finding our home in Old City, we began the search in the Fall of 2012, and we focused our sights on Center City and Northern Liberties.
At first, nothing felt right. We had a specific style in mind, which brought us to spaces in Old City. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, awesome neighbors like Indy Hall, all within walking distance made us feel like we were finally searching in the right area. We knew the rich culture of local art galleries, design studios, and tech shops would provide endless inspiration during our morning coffee and midday lunch breaks.
Then, we climbed the flight of stairs to the fourth floor at 125 N. 3rd Street and knew our search was over. And it wasn’t just the killer view over the streets of Old City that got us.
The new office space has the exact weathered, industrial feel we knew was perfect for Push10, and it’s all behind an awesome sliding industrial barn door that’s our guest welcome. The hand-operated freight elevator was a surprise bonus. (As in: “surprise,” this thing actually works and we don’t have to carry the furniture up the stairs?!)
After a lot of good old fashioned elbow grease and teamwork, the new Push10 studio was born. Complete with roomy, sleek workstations for each team member (with room to fit a few more), a foosball table, a living room area, and a kitchen space big enough to put our old-fashioned bright orange fridge, the office feels more like a modern home than a place of work. Our team couldn’t be happier in our new space. We love adapting to the historic, yet modern, Old City vibe — Kody too!
